We exist to make medical debt negotiable again.
Medical debt can ruin your injury case, your credit, and lead to bankruptcy — even if you win your lawsuit. Choosing whether to engage lien counsel can be the difference between a good and a great final result.
Medical bills are proposals — not binding obligations.
Walrath Law addresses a critical problem: patients and their attorneys are routinely handed inflated medical bills and liens they assume they have no choice but to pay. We exist to challenge that assumption.
Medical bills and liens are complicated. Engaging lien counsel ensures your hard-earned recovery is protected and maximized — and that you never pay more than what is reasonable.
For overcharged patients
We offer a free consultation to explain your rights, negotiate your bill, or help you apply for assistance. We charge a percentage of what we save you, or nothing at all.
Submit your bill→For injury attorneys
We resolve post-settlement lien disputes before final offers are accepted, significantly reducing hospital and LOP liens. Our litigation fees are court-approved and deemed ethical by Florida's Supreme Court.
